All the information that the service provides, apart from any typing errors, comes from the aforementioned parties who are, as a consequence, responsible for its authenticity. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THIS DOCUMENT BE TREATED AS A CONTRACT.

Each property or development is directly related to its developer, builder or mediating company. Therefore, all information relevant to the Spanish "Real Decreto" 515/1989 of the 21st April (Consumer protection regarding information supplied in the buying, selling and renting of properties) will be available to the public in the offices of the relevant developers, builders and business intermediaries.

Confidentiality

The data obtained via this form will be placed in a file known as USERS, which will be registered with the Spanish Office of Data Protection, entitled Pearl Overseas, S.A., with V.A.T. nbr. B-84817469. In addition the data obtained will be given to Barclays Bank, S.A., with V.A.T. nbr. A47001946. The aim of storing the information provided by you in this file is to provide the service requested and to send offers related to carefully vetted Spanish properties and mortgage offers.

At any moment you can access, correct or delete the personal data you have registered in the aforementioned file via an email to the address data@pearloverseas.com or via a letter to Pearl Overseas, S.A., with V.A.T. nbr. B-84817469 whose address is Calle Carpinteros 8, 28670 Villaviciosa de Odón ( Madrid) The aforementioned request should include the following information: name and surname of the user, the email address that you have included in the file, your billing address, a photocopy of your national identity card or passport and a letter to confirm the request. In the case of making a request on behalf of someone else, you must do it by means of the same document.
