The enclosures of the façades are made with bricks that are half a foot wide, which are to be protected with paint and/or one coat mortar.

Partitioning and Insulation
The partition wall between the houses consists of honeycomb bricks that are half a foot wide, which are lined with sheet plaster boards with the Pladur trademark or a similar trademark, forming a double insulation cavity.
The interior partitioning consists of a sheet plaster board, with the Pladur trademark or a similar trademark, with an insulation chamber.

Wall cladding
Kitchens and bathrooms
The second kitchens and bathrooms will be tiled up to the false ceiling, with high quality ceramic tiles, which incorporate a listel mold or an ornamental border.
The main bathrooms will be tiled to a medium height, finished off with listel mold or an ornamental border.

Remaining rooms
The remaining mantles are painted.
The walls are painted in pastel colours and have a smooth finish. The ceilings are white plastic with a smooth finish.

In kitchens and bathrooms high quality sandstone tiles are used.

The tiles are made of high quality stoneware. The skirting board is made from the same material.

Front door
The front door has a security lock, with three different fastening points and security hinges to prevent break ins.

Through doors
Door plated with high quality wood. Framework is protected with moulding. Finished with oak coloured varnish.

Wardrobes
Built in modular wardrobes with shelf and clothes rail, doors have a smooth finish of a similar quality to the carpentry.

Hot and cold water is supplied in the houses via protected copper tubing, according to the norms.

The furniture in the kitchen consists of upper units and base units which have leading brand names, including a plinth that it is possible to dismantle and a cornice.

Informative Notes
Quality control of the structure and watertightness of the roofs and façades as part of the project. The work is carried out by the Organisation of Standardized Technical Control. Stability policy with a ten year guarantee, according to the Law of Construction Planning.

Before the houses are handed over, they are cleaned by a specialist company.
The Developer Society reserves the right to carry out necessary modifications during the course of completion of the building, due to technical, legal or commercial reasons, or reasons relating to supplies, without this implying a reduction in the overall level of quality.
