• General: Built-in automatic primary circuit-breaker-box prepared for 5,5 Kw supply.
• Switches and sockets: Simon 27 in white.
• Others: Light point under hanging top cupboards in the kitchen (including switch).

PLUMBING

• General: Copper piping with electric water heater of 100 litre capacity.
• Washing Machine: One connection, according to plan.

BATHROOM

• Fittings: Model Dama by ROCA in white or similar quality.
• Bathtubs: Model princess out of steel 170 x 75 in white or similar quality.

KITCHEN

• Fitted kitchen: Fitted kitchen with upper and lower cupboards out of melamine in post forming quality, to be chosen by the client out of more than 25 models for villas.
• Sinks: Kitchen sink of stainless steel, model J351 by ROCA with basin and drainer.
• Water taps: Water tap model VICTORIA by ROCA or similar quality.
• Worktops: Granite worktop to be chosen from four types. (Cristal, Pearl, Mandarin and Porriño). Worktop with double rectangular edge.

ELECTRIC HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES

• Fridge: Decor frame fridge with two doors with profiles in white finish, one compressor, model DDE-235P by EDESA or similar make.
• Hob: Traditional hob with three gas cookers and one electric cooker, white colour finish, by BALAY or similar make.
• Extractor hood: Extra flat extractor hood 60cm wide, with three draught speeds, white colour finish, model 1CT-230 by EDESA or similar make.

FINISHING MATERIALS

• Floor tiles: Premium ceramic to be chosen by the client our of more than thirty models. (Option 1: There is a limit of three models per house, including terraces)
• Wall tiles: Premium ceramic to be chosen by the client our of more than thirty models. Includes 2 rows of border tiles in the bathroom and 1 in kitchen (Option 1: There is a limit of 2 models per house)
• Television: Connection in the lounge:
• Telephone: Connection in the lounge.
• Air Conditioning: Pre-installation in the lounge and main bedroom.
• Ventilation: In the lounge. Ventilation system with modules of injected plastic and filters that maintain a pure and healthy environment inside the house (system developed by VAPF)
• Alarm: alarm radio controlled, 3 detectors.
• Interior carpentry: Interior doors out of solid Swedish pine in Castellano finish varnished in light oak colour.
• Built in masonry wardrobes without interior lining, plastered and painted, with doors of 2.20m high solid wood in the same style as the room doors.

• Fitted kitchen: with doors of upper and lower cupboards of solid wood or lacquered in white or another colour chosen by the client out of more than 8 models.
• Sinks: Kitchen sink of stainless steel, model J80 by ROCA with two basins.
• Water taps: Water tap model Monodin by ROCA with automatic drainage system or other.

ELECTRIC HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES

• Fridge: Combi fitted fridge, two compressors, model CE-340l by EDESA or similar.
• Hob: Independent Touch control glass ceramic hob, model 3VET-140 by EDESA or similar.

FINISHING MATERIALS

• Television: Serial connections in the lounge and bedroom, according to plan.
• Telephone: Serial connections in the lounge and bedroom, according to plan.
• Interior carpentry: Interior doors out of solid wood with upper case and clothes rail, with doors of 2.20m. high in solid wood in the same style as the room doors.

As per ELITE but with the following additions/modifications:

• General: copper piping with electric water heater of 200 litre capacity.

BATHROOM

• Fittings: Model Sidney by ROCA in white in the main bathroom, or similar.
• Bathtubs: Model Malibu cast iron 170x75 in main bathroom, or similar.
• Water taps: Model Monojet by Roca with automatic drainage system or similar.

KITCHEN

• Water taps: Model Monojet by Roca with automatic drainage system, or similar.
• Worktops: Granite worktop to be chosen out of 8 types or Silestone finish (Cristal, Perla, Mondarín, Porriño, Castaño, Tropical, Multicolor y Copacabana) worktop with double rectangular edge.

ELECTRIC HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES

• Fridge: Panelled combi fridge-freezer, with two compressors supplied by EDESA or similar quality.
• Hob: Glass ceramic hob EDESA 2VEP-140 multi function or similar quality.
• Gas Installation: City gas in PLUS residential areas.
• Oven: EDESA, 4 programs, with timer and rotating grill, or similar.
• Extractor hood: Decorative extractor hood 60cm wide, with three draught speeds, Brushed steel finish, model CDT1 by EDESA or similar.
• Microwave: with simultaneous grill, 17 litres, timer, white colour finish, model IM-17 by EDESA or similar make.

FINISHING MATERIALS

• Floor tiles: Premium ceramic to be chosen by the client out of more than fifty models, including border  tiles in living room (Option 2: the line of the border tiles cannot be longer than 12 meters. There is a limit of four models per house, including terraces. )
• Wall tiles: Premium ceramic to be chosen by the client out of more than fifty models. Includes two rows of border tiles in the bathroom and 1 in the kitchen. (option 2: there is a limit of three models per house)
• Air Conditioning: Pre-installed in lounge and bedrooms.
• Heating: Pre-installation for central heating with radiators inside the property, as per plan.
• Ventilation: In the lounge and bedrooms.
• Interior carpentry: Interior doors out of solid Swedish pine wood in Provenzal finish varnished in colour "light oak".
