FAÇADE

The façade, in an attractive Mediterranean style, comprises an outer leaf in ceramic brick, rendered with rustic-finish cement mortar painted in warm colour. The inside of the outer leaf is also rendered in waterproof cement mortar to prevent possible rising damp. It also has expanded polystyrene thermal and acoustic insulation inside, cladded with Knauft-type plasterboard with an inner air chamber, to guarantee a perfectly flat finish inside, painted over with smooth paint. The façade also contains other elements such as aged wood pergolas and metal railings imitating ancient wrought-iron work.

PARTITION WALLS

Modern, Knauf-type walling system using rock wool as an excellent acoustic insulator, providing a barrier in partition walls and especially in party walls, comprising five plaques and double acoustic insulation. This construction system provides a perfect finish for the smooth plastic paint covering throughout the home.

ROOF

Traditional sloping Moorish-tile roof with solid brick eaves, with ventilated under-roof space. In addition, high-density expanded polystyrene is used to provide better insulation for greater comfort.

FLOOR TILING

Following a careful study of the interior of the apartments, materials and finishes were chosen to harmonise with the Mediterranean style and sea-view mountainside location. The floors are tiled in large-format stoneware plaques, both indoors and on the terrace, providing the home with a more spacious feeling. The kitchen has tiled floors as well, with a careful design, an emphasis on quality and concern for the furniture colour because it forms part of the lounge.

OUTDOOR JOINERY

Comfort has a lot to do with outdoor joinery and glazing. The windows provide good views of the marvellous landscape outside, but are designed to provide complete thermal and acoustic insulation as well. High quality aluminium joinery and double glazing (Climalit-type) with insulating air chamber, plus aluminium blinds in bedrooms, all help to provide a high degree of comfort.

INDOOR JOINERY

To match the Mediterranean scenery outside, the indoor joinery comes in light-coloured hardwoods with burnished steel fittings, and doors have been designed to make living easier by using the same master key for communal doors in the complex as for your apartment, which is equipped with an armoured security door.

FITTINGS

Exceptional fittings throughout the home, with leading national and international brand names, to achieve the degree of quality you would expect from your home. Taps are from Grohe, sanitary ware from Roca, and electrical installations are Niessen (although these names may be replaced by others of the same level of quality due to construction requirements).

Homes have a silent, modern, hot/cold air-conditioning system in the lounge and bedrooms, TV, UHF, FM and satellite installations, as well as digital and cable TV connections in lounge, kitchen, bedrooms and terrace. There are also telephone connections in the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms.

Our interior designers have come up with a modern, functional high-quality kitchen equipped with a vitro-ceramic hob, oven and a decorative premium-range extractor hood, and a 100L electric water heater.

All homes have a spacious parking space in the basement.

ESTATE PLOT

The plot was designed with a less-aggressive kind of constructional technique, preserving as much of the local forest landscape as possible. In areas where the natural landscape had to be altered, the area has an attractive landscaped garden with palm trees and native vegetation to preserve the Mediterranean scenery and enhance the quality of the surroundings. The estate has a children¿s play area and two swimming pools on different levels joined by pretty walkways, so that homeowners can enjoy nature at its best in combination with a wonderful climate.
