Façade
Made from bricks which are slightly perforated in order to roughen them, interior air chamber and insulation projection, thick locked partition which finishes outside. It has a British style.

Roofing
Roofing composed of ceramic round tiles, with a waterproof seal and ventilation tiles.
Passable roofing produced in the form of concrete slopes, protective layer, double sheet of reinforced asphalt laid out in a cross form, insulation comprised of rigid plates of extruded geotextile polystyrene and a compressed layer of mortar. Finished with a tiled floor made of stoneware outside.
Rainwater is collected in gullies, which are channeled downpipes. Stock of gargoyle pipes which serve as safety spillways.

Partitions and insulation
Internal divisions within the housing are plastered with screeded plaster, apart from in bathrooms, laundry rooms and kitchens.

Tiling of the walls
The main bathroom has ivory and red tiles.
The other bathrooms and the kitchen have large, high quality ceramic tiles.
Prefabricated fireplaces with fire regulations in living rooms.
Acrylic latex paint on the walls and ceilings.

Floor and ceiling panelling
Macael marble in the living rooms, bedrooms and hallways.

Interior carpentry

Front door of the home, with a thickness of 45 mm, reinforced, embossed on both sides and lacquered. Equipped with a frame, door trimming, flashing, security lock, antileverage hinge, peephole with a wide angle lense and four hanging strap hinges.

Interior doors lacquered and full edged, equipped with a frame, door trimming, flashing and brass handles with slide locks.There are interior bolts in the main bedroom and the bathrooms.

Wardrobes built in wardrobes divided into compartments, with single smooth doors in keeping with the interior woodwork, covered with LPL (Low Pressure Laminating) on the inside, shelves, storage space and clothes rail.

Plumbing and sanitation
ROCA branded bathroom fittings in a pale colour in the main bathroom, and white in the rest of the bathrooms.
Faucet tap, lever tap, with the GROHE trademark . All fittings are the Eurodisc model or a similar model. Thermostatic lever taps, only in the showers in the main bathroom.
In the bathrooms where it has been planned, individual showers with bushhammered marble plates and sealed with a glazed front.
Washbasins in keeping with the other sanitary fittings, set in marble worktops.
Built in mirrors with polished edges.

Heating and Solar Hot Water
Hot water produced by means of electric energy.
200 litre accumulator which is suitably heat insulated.

HVAC (Heating, ventilation and air conditioning)
Air conditioning exclusive to each house, with a thermal pump, distributed from an evaporator situated in the false ceiling of the bathroom, channelled by means of a rectangular shaped section with internal cladding.The air is dispersed via the plenum in the false ceiling. A thermostat to regulate in the living room and a condenser unit in areas outside where this is necessary.

Electricity, communications and domotics
T.V. and F.M. radio installations and a parabolic antenna in order to receive the image via satellite. Telecommunication sockets in the living room, bedrooms and kitchen.
Video entry phone with a TV camera in the main entrance to the estate, monitor and intercom inside the home.Intercoms in the main entrance with a connection to the houses.
Preinstalled alarm. Automatic drip irrigation hose in the window boxes of the private terraces.

Kitchen equipment
Kitchens equipped with first rate base units and upper units , and a granite worktop. Electric glass ceramic plate, extractor hood, oven that can be cleaned automatically, washer/dryer and dishwasher, with the BALAY trademark or a similar trademark.

Main door and staircases

The garage floor is made of trowelled concrete as well as extra strong materials. Parking places are numbered and indicated. The walls and ceiling are painted with reinforced distempering paint. Installation is carried out according to fumes detection and carbon monoxide regulations. The door of the entrance opens automatically, this can be done from a distance with a remote control.

Outside communal areas
