Roofing

Passable roofing produced in the form of concrete slopes, protective layer, double sheet of reinforced asphalt laid out in a cross form, insulation comprised of rigid plates of extruded geotextile polystyrene and a compressed layer of mortar. Finished with a tiled floor made of stoneware outside.

Air conditioning exclusive to each house, with a thermal pump, distributed from an evaporator situated in the false ceiling of the bathroom, channelled by means of a rectangular shaped section with internal cladding.The air is dispersed via the plenum in the false ceiling. A thermostat to regulate in the living room and a condenser unit in areas outside where this is necessary.
Electricity, communications and domotics
T.V. and F.M. radio installations and a parabolic antenna in order to receive the image via satellite. Telecommunication sockets in the living room, bedrooms and kitchen.
Video entry phone with a TV camera in the main entrance to the estate, monitor and intercom inside the home.Intercoms in the main entrance with a connection to the houses.
