Basement
Walls are made from reinforced concrete. Vehicles access the garage from the outside through a remote controlled automatic door with a timer. The paving in the garage is grey and made from polished concrete. Parking spaces are assigned.

The flooring of the apartments is made from 60x40 scorpio marble tiles, placed in the hall in a perimetral fashion and in the living room, emperor marble in tiles of 60x15 or similar.
In the main bathroom 60x40 polished travertine marble or similar will be used.
In the secondary bathroom high quality 35x35 marbelized porcelain stoneware or similar will be used.
In the kitchen 40x40 marbelized porcelain stoneware or similar will be used.
