Solid perforated brick, air chamber with polyutherane thermal insulation or a rock wool panel, and double wall with single partition wall.

Basement
Walls are made from reinforced concrete. Vehicles access the garage from the outside through a remote controlled automatic door with a timer. The paving in the garage is grey and made from polished concrete. Parking spaces are assigned.

Flooring
The flooring of the apartments is made from 60x40 scorpio marble tiles, placed in the hall in a perimetral fashion and in the living room, emperor marble in tiles of 60x15 or similar.
In the main bathroom 60x40 polished travertine marble or similar will be used.
In the secondary bathroom high quality 35x35 marbelized porcelain stoneware or similar will be used.
In the kitchen 40x40 marbelized porcelain stoneware or similar will be used.
33x33 glazed terracota or similar will be used for the terraces, utility rooms and solarium.

Compact drawer with thermal aluminium blinds that are opened electronically in the living room and manually in the rest of the rooms.

Interior doors made from solid vapourised beechwood.

Air conditioning is provided via a heat pump, with temperature control for each room.

Electric installations will be taken care of according to the specific project, for an elevated degree of electrification, REBT-02 will be complied with.
